When listing your home keep these things in mind:

1. NOTHING SELLS OVERNIGHT.
If an agent promises you a SALE, run! There are no guarantees in
REAL ESTATE. Beware of absurd claims and promises.
2. GET A MARKET ANALYSIS.
To aid in your decision about the price of your home, see if the
agent you've choosen offers to do a market analysis in writing.
Guessing games are great for TV but not for a home seller.
4. WHAT IF's?
What happens if . . . . Those are the questions most home seller's forget to ask until it is too late. So, before interviewing an agent, make a list of questions ahead of time and get the answers you deserve before you're at the closing table and feel you have no choice.
5. REMEMBER YOU'RE THE REASON THE REALTOR HAS A JOB!
Don't hesitate to demand answers and tell the agent what your expections are. And, listen the expectations fo REALTOR. Your selling experience will be much better for the effort.
